This tour also allows you to indulge in other exciting activities, such as snorkelling and swimming when the boat is anchored in a bay. A Dolphin Mini Cruise takes you to fantastic spots where you can watch the wild dolphins in action. Camel rides can be enjoyed in Timanfaya National Park and is an exciting way of seeing some incredible volcanic landscapes.
 

Nightlife in Lanzarote
 

The lively resort town of Lanzarote, Puerto del Carmen, is the best place to enjoy a thrilling nightlife with the presence of some elegant bars and nightclubs. One of them is the Tequila Lounge Bar, which is located on the main strip of Avenida de las Playas. The fun begins after sunset at 10 when this bar comes alive with cocktails, tequilas, and talented DJs. If you want to party all night, head to Lanzarote Palace, which is the most exciting nightclub on the island to be in.
 

Stay in Lanzarote
 

Most of the tourists choose to stay in any of the resort towns, such as Puerto del Carmen, Playa Blanca, or Costa Teguise. You would find some excellent hotels and resorts mainly in Puerto del Carmen and Playa Blanca. If you are travelling with your entire family, including children, it is advisable to stay in a self-catering holiday villa or apartment. If you wish to stay out of town, guesthouses would be the best option.
 

Festivals in Lanzarote
 

Besides the Christmas and New Year celebrations in this part of the world, you can also enjoy many other events held on the island every year. One of them is Dia De Los Reyes celebrated in the first week of January, which features a large procession, mainly in Arrecife. If you are travelling to Lanzarote in mid-June, you would get the chance to witness the island's most colourful event, Corpus Christi. Spring and autumn seasons are the best times to be in Lanzarote as the weather is absolutely pleasant with comfortable daytime temperatures. The island is warm and humid in the summer season. However, owing to the pleasantly warm temperatures, this is the peak tourist season of the island. While the other parts of Europe experience freezing temperatures in winter, the season is quite pleasant on this Spanish island.
